Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Kiddoly mobile app. By creating an account or using Kiddoly, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to support@kiddoly.app.

Accounts and family use

You must be an adult, or otherwise legally able to agree to these terms, to create and manage an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the information you choose to enter about children and other household members. Invite only people you authorize to access your household information. Keep your sign-in method secure.

Using Kiddoly

Kiddoly offers family organization and communication tools. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or professional medical advice. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for health or developmental concerns. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or access another household without permission.

Your content

You retain rights to information, photos, and recordings you add. You give Kiddoly permission to process information as needed to provide app features and share it with household members you invite. You are responsible for having permission to upload or share that content. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Kiddoly Premium

Premium may be offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, depending on availability in your store and region. The app shows the current price and billing period before you confirm a purchase. Subscription payment is charged by Apple or Google through your store account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless you cancel through your device's store subscription settings before renewal. Deleting the app or your Kiddoly account does not cancel a store subscription. Restore Purchases can recover eligible purchases on the same store account. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store's rules. A lifetime purchase means access to the Premium features offered for this app while Kiddoly continues to operate; it is not a guarantee that the service will exist indefinitely.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue app features as the service develops. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice where required.

Ending use

You can stop using Kiddoly at any time. For account deletion, contact support@kiddoly.app. We may restrict access if an account violates these terms or creates security or legal risk. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google.
